Founded by Meirion Withey and Jeraldine Waddingham, The Vegan Coffi House was born from a shared love for animals, good coffee, and quality plant-based food. Jeraldine, a committed vegan for over a decade, dreamed of creating a welcoming space where everyone—vegan or not—could enjoy delicious, cruelty-free treats.
After extensive research and a long search for the perfect location, we finally found our home on Weatheral Street, Aberdare, opening our doors on April 18, 2023. From day one, the response from the community has been overwhelming, with people of all backgrounds coming together to enjoy our offerings.
